Visit
visit the Bona Thompson Center
The Bona Thompson was Butler University’s library and a central meeting place from its construction in 1903 to Butler’s move to Fairview Park in 1928. Designed by the architect Jesse T. Johnson in the Neoclassical Revival style, it is the only building remaining of Butler’s Irvington campus.
Today, the Bona showcases art and artifacts and serves as a museum for the collections of the Irvington Historical Society. Visit the Bona today!
